At Manjari Chikankari, we take care to pack and dispatch every order securely so that your handcrafted pieces reach you safely.

1. Shipping Within India

We currently offer shipping across India.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹2,499: Complimentary shipping

• Orders below ₹2,499: Flat shipping charge of ₹100

The applicable shipping charge, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 5 working days of receiving the order.

For products that require additional preparation, finishing, customisation or other special handling, processing time may vary. Where applicable, we will communicate the expected dispatch timeline to you.

Please note that processing time and transit time are separate.

3. Delivery Time

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on the destination and the courier/logistics partner.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary due to:

• Delivery location

• Courier network conditions

• Weather

• Public holidays

• Natural events

• Transportation disruptions

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Delays caused by courier or other external circumstances may occur despite our efforts to dispatch orders promptly.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it may be shared with you through the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

You may also contact us if you require assistance regarding the status of your shipment.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number at the time of placing an order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at the earliest.

We will coordinate with the relevant courier/logistics partner to investigate the shipment and assist you as reasonably possible.

7. Damaged Package

If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, retain the original packaging and take clear photographs or videos of the package and product before making any alteration to the packaging.

This may help us assess and resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping

At present, our standard shipping policy is applicable to deliveries within India.

If international shipping is offered for a particular product or order, the applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes and delivery terms will be communicated separately.
