Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product. However we would be happy to exchange it in the following cases.

  • An incorrect garment has been delivered to you not matching the item in your confirmation email
  • The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
  • The garment is not of the right size in which case it is eligible for a size exchange subject to availability or else refund

Please ensure that the tags are intact and the product remains unused. You can Email us on mymanjari2022@gmail.com with the Subject : "(order no) + EXCHANGE/ RETURN or WhatsApp on 9935701844 within 7 days of receiving the products.

In case of a defect in the product 

Apologies for the same.

We request you to send us a clear video or pictures of the defective garment on our WhatsApp no 9935701844 or email mymanjari2022@gmail.com . on the day of delivery. Once our team goes through the details, we will reach you, and request you to ship the product back to our address.

 Once we receive it, we will ship the new product if available or refund the money back in your account.

Kindly bear with us till our logistic partner starts reverse pickup.

Items are eligible for a return/ exchange request only once.

If you would like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number please reach us at mymanjari2022@gmail.com  with the Subject “ (order number) + revised information . We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect and take video of your order upon reception and contact us on the day of delivery itself, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Beyond one day the issue will not be handled

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
